After obtaining his degree from Wright State University in Ohio, Ross began his real estate career by functioning as a full-time agent at a large real estate office in Santa Barbara, California.  Later promoted to manager, he oversaw the day-to-day operations and was a business mentor for other agents.  Ross excels in coordinating the many steps of a real estate deal and watching over the transaction with a careful eye for detail and accuracy from start to finish.

Ross’s passion for helping people and hard work led to his career in real estate.  With a problem solving attitude from start to finish, Ross excels in breaking down the complicated ins and outs of a real estate transaction so that clients can understand and act with knowledge and preparation.

Nina obtained her bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and her Doctorate degree in Theology.  After having spent many years as a college professor of Mathematics, Nina’s passion for helping people led her to a career in real estate.
